When Father Romeo looks at sweet Marcus, he gets a warm sensation in his chest. Something about the boy reminds him of himself when he was young. He struggled with his identity and had a hard time keeping his entire inner life a secret from his family and friends. Even by the time he was old enough to live his own life and make his own decisions, he had been so accustomed to hiding his true identity that he simply could not let it surface.
